Order Verification – Before dispatching your order, we send a packaging video for confirmation. A video call facility is also available on request.
Unboxing Video Request – Customers are requested to make an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This helps us process any exchange or damage claims.
Advance Confirmation Charges – For all orders above ?2000, an advance confirmation charge of ?200 is mandatory. The remaining amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Watch Packaging – All watch prices (except G-Shock) are given without brand boxes. Watches will be sent in a standard box. If you require the original brand box, additional charges will apply according to the brand.
Shipping & Delivery – Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier or other external factors.
